About Me...

I am a Therapist for Groups and Individuals with over 15 years experience in both the NHS and private sector who uses Psychodynamic Psychotherapy as well as Creative Action Methods.

During the sessions you can speak about your problems in a confidential, non-judgmental space. We might think together how these issues came about, which may involve looking at recurring patterns and how experiences you have had in your life contribute to your problems today.

Using action methods can for instance mean mapping out an issue with objects, or using role play to explore a difficulty which you are bringing, as well as talking about and reflecting on what is troubling you.

I am able to work with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, abuse, anger, bereavement, personality disorders, stress, trauma, work related stress, relationship issues, self harm, and eating disorders.
